Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When you place an order online , we will confirm the details of your order both on screen and by email. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product, which is accepted by use when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing and all other details on our web site are correct. In the event of a pricing error, if the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will ship you the product and charge the lower price. Delivery Schedule Orders for boxed software received before 14.00 GMT are normally shipped the same day. Deliveries to the UK are sent by City Link to arrive the next day and will require a signature - please ensure that there will be someone to provide a signature at the delivery address. International deliveries may vary.

Software ordered for digital delivery must be downloaded from the link provided within 24 hours, after which the link will expire. A new link can be emailed on request. For orders received before 16.00 GMT, the licence key will be emailed the same day.

Orders for free upgrades for Actinic Cover custoemrs from the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail within five working days.

Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to all orders from the UK. VAT will not be added to orders from the EU if a VAT number is provided when prompted in the checkout. If ordering from elsewhere, no tax will be charged by us. You will be liable for any taxes, import duties or customs clearance charges that may be payable on delivery of the goods.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they are downloaded. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
